Complete with 2 large balconies overlooking the pool, 2 spacious living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. This townhome is perfectly situated next to the pool and seconds to the refreshing Atlantic waters.
Walk out to one of the balconies through the living room sliders or lounge in the spacious and comfortable living room! The living area features a large couch, additional seating, a large smart TV, and lots of natural light coming from the sliders. Directly adjacent to the living room setup is a dining table with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen included a full-sized fridge, an oven, a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and more. Some of the smaller appliances include a drip coffee maker, a highchair, keurig, toaster oven, and all your regular cooking necessities. There is also a smaller family room with a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a desk area. In between the second living room and the kitchen is a half bath.
The second floor features the bedrooms and access to one of the balconies. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, sliders to the balcony, a smart TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a vanity. The first guestroom features a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a bureau for additional belongings. The second guest bedroom features 2 bunk beds (4 Twins), a closet, and also has space to store guest belongings. The guest bathroom is a shared bath with a walk-in shower.
This townhome offers Cable TV/Satellite, WiFi, DVD player, stereo/CD player, landline phone, a small and large dog crate, as well as books and magazines for guest use. Beach essentials are also provided including a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, bicycles, and a cooler/ice chest. 1 private parking space available. Washer and dryers are available to use.

Located in New Smyrna Beach, the Sea Dunes is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Sea Dunes is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.
The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.
