Oceanfront Condo

Great view and location. Well laid out design and tastefully decorated.Nice parking and easy access to the beach and 2 pools.Not close to downtown or restaurants but a few minutes drive.Promt response to 2 small maintenance issues that we had.

Great place

Amazing view and amazing location. However the property manager lives on site next door and smoked cigarettes every day and night on his balcony. The smoke smell was so strong that we stayed off the balcony most days and evenings. Unacceptable.

The condo was decorated beautiful and it was a great space just as shown in the pictures. All the amenities were more than adequate. Our internet/TV was not working and the thermostat was an issue and we contacted the property management and I feel the response/maintenence timing was a little too long but it wasnt a deal breaker. We would definately stay here again.

Wonderful condo at New Smyrna Beach

Great location and fun place to visit with wonderful restaurants nearby...condo only two stories which made it feel much more intimate than multi-story condos nearby. Walk right out to pristine beach - the unit had everything we needed.

smaller bed in second bedroom was very uncomfortable according to our guests, it sunk in the middle. Beautiful ocean view from balcony.

Simply Beautiful

I stayed in another unit in this location before, but this unit is the best one yet. As soon as you walk in, it’s breathtaking. The booking process was fast and simple, and parking is excellent. The unit is modern and up-to-date. Master bathroom is stunning, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the beach. From the second bedroom, you can see the pool. It’s just steps away from the beach and pool. Only thing i was missing was a TV in the bedrooms. But not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, tasteful, newly renovated, great location

The unit is beautiful, seems it was just recently completely renovated, very tastefully and luxuriously designed and decorated. Great location and view of the ocean and very short walk to beach stairway. The photos and descriptions online are accurate. It did feel just a bit tight in the bathroom. Master bed is nice and firm. Everything worked, except the screen door on the patio was torn, no biggie. The complex was quiet and not crowded at all. Good parking access. We’ve stayed at quite a few rentals in NSB and this was definitely one of the best. Would definitely book this again. The only issue was communication with the property manager. They texted me to inquire if I was interested in extending, I responded that I might be but never got a further response on that at all. But overall a great experience.

Very nice place with a gorgeous view!

It was exactly as undescribed in the listing, except they listed a coffee maker, and there was only a Keurig so that gave us a little difficulty, but we made it work. We had a little trouble finding all the correct light switches, but not a dealbreaker m. instructions on how to work things, and where lights switches are located, would have been helpful. The only complaint we have is that we waited for over two hours the first night for a plumber to come in the evening and he never showed up. The next day the property managers told us we did not have to wait because they gave him the code to our condo. I was not happy about that. I don't care how reliable they think the service provider is.
