Not as advertised

We selected this unit because of its' proximity to the beach.A ramp to the beach was highlighted. We arrived to find the building under construction, not mentioned in listing, with the ramp to the beach closed and a set of stairs required to get to the beach. We made it to the beach once in the entire stay.
