Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We chose this unit for 1 main reason, it showed that it had 3 full bathrooms. We were staying in Florida for a fishing trip. At the end of day everyone has to shower and having 3 bathrooms would make the trip even better. We arrived late Thursday. We checked our phones and email, no entry code was ever sent. Finally at 1:30 AM someone answered the phone and gave us a code. Never received an apology or anything just here is the code click. Upon entering the unit it was not a 3 bed 3 bath it was 3 bed 2 bath with the second bath being a small jack and Jill style. They have since corrected the listing, When I contacted them about it they said Not their fault and besides it was an honest mistake, plus no else complained. They said they would make it right however all they would do was credit me 100.00 I said not good enough they said. That all I get. I have not received any credit and don't expect it from these people. Next after the bathroom was used the toilet paper needed replacing as there was barely any paper on the roll when we arrived. Went to look for extra toilet paper there was none in the unit. There were no tissue box either. Went in the kitchen and found a used nasty sponge in the sink like that is what I was we were suppose to use. Really couldn't use anyways as there was hardly any soap in the soap dispensers thru out the entire house. I went to take a shower in the master bath and there was mold on the shower pan. There also were no kitchen trash bags.
