A Perfect Condo in a Perfect Setting

This two bedroom condo in Sea Woods was comfortable and clean. There are beach towels and a few beach chairs in the unit. The screened in veranda was perfect for relaxing with coffee or wine. Just perfect. Check in and out were seamless. Sea Woods’ shaded trails are beautiful and the residents were friendly. They were out and about walking their dogs all the time. The amenities were well maintained, clean. and user friendly. The pools were wonderful and the pickleball courts are great. They have 3 dedicated pickleball courts and 2 more on the tennis courts. The people playing were very welcoming and friendly and great players. They made me feel right at home. They play at 9 am every day. We also had a blast playing shuffleboard on the lighted courts with their equipment. It is a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach with a convenient on-demand stop light for pedestrians to cross nearby. There are lots of places to shop nearby, like Publix and Aldi, and Perrines, a nice smaller market for produce and other groceries. The Saturday morning Farmers’ Market is a great adventure with lots of local artisans and produce. Don’t miss JB’s Fish Camp for a memorable fresh seafood meal on the water with a cool old Florida vibe! We loved everything about our brief stay at this comfortable and peaceful condo in New Smyrna Beach.

A nice quick getaway

My mother and I stayed together for our first trip away alone. We visited my grandfather at a nearby assisted living facility and enjoyed a wonderful stay. It was a short and enjoyable walk to the beach and very close to many dining and shopping options, such as Flagler Avenue. This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway to New Smyrna Beach.

Condo clean, but porch was very Dirty! Screen had black mildew, dirty water/puddles on porch floor. It took me over 2 hours to mop it up. Porch table was rusty & it's top was dirty. Porch chairs were rusted & cushions rust color, ripped & dirty! Terrible disappointed because we hang out on the porch & hoped to have dinner out there.

Quick Get-A-Way

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Woods Veranda. It was a short walk to beach, close to stores/shopping, and restaurants. The Veranda had what we needed and was very comfortable. We would come again.
