“Our stay went very well. Place is spacious and very clean, convenient location for us to visit family. Comfortable. But could use another towel bar in bathroom, and a grab bar. Also another potholder in kitchen. ”

“Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”

“I absolutely LOVE this rental. Seriously, probably one of the best I’ve stayed at as far as cleanliness and comfort. And we’ve stayed in rentals annually for a decade. The house is in a quaint little neighborhood and super inviting pulling up. Communication from the owner prior to arrival made check in a breeze. Kitchen was equipped with water, coffee and snacks which was great after a long day of travel and attending events. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well kept.……

“Very spacious and clean!Also, love that they supplied multiple “ smart phone cords in most rooms!One bedroom upstairs had moths that scared my boy. He thought they were the “R” word but after inspection my husband figured out they were moths from the attic connected to the upstairs bedroom. Also note, that pest control knocked o. The door to spray outside so the issue may be resolved!Very strep hill to climb also…. So I was glad I did not bring my senior dog or mother.Again, very clean and……

“Upon arriving at the property, it was not adequately clean as there was urine in the toilet, stains on the bedding, previous guests articles of clothing, and debris in the backyard. There was also significant safety concerns as the front porch tile was loose along with there being no marker to indicate a drop between the edge of the property and the sidewalk which caused me and my sister to slip in both spots. Although the balcony was advertised as functioning, when I arrived, there was a sign……
