"The service was top notch. All the citizens employees spoke English very well. The room was clean with a nice view of the river. Ximending was a 5 min walk. MRT is a 3-4 minute walk either way. I found most of the meals better than the street food. Taipei City under ground Mall is about a 5 minute walk connected to the MRT main station. I found the food there better than the night market. Breakfast at Citizen M had a variety of western and Asian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel, but I do have some cons about it. If you stay in the higher floors, there’s some random noise that kinda sound like a dog barking every 15-20 mins and it sounds like a person placing a cup down on a counter. The elevator system are not sinked so everyone presses all of the button so when your on the elevator it stops frequently. Other than that it’s an awesome place to stay. "

"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
