“Two suggestions, it would be nice if sheets and towels were included and if you could take away the garbage. Most other places I stayed these things are included. Other than that the stay was Wonderful.”

“This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As……

“Had a great time in Jim Thorpe. First time here. Lots of shops and entertainment. Even had a few late night spots open for food and drinks. Everything we ate was good. Our stay was clean and accommodating. Helen had great communication all throughout the stay. The location was walking distance to town which made it enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and i would return.”

“Everything about this property provided for a wonderful stay in historic Jim Thorpe. The vibe is contemporary with beautiful stained glass windows, but the construction also pays homage to the home's history. The seating areas and beds were comfy, and the supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were just right for the 4 of us. “We had a blast celebrating a few family milestones. Everything was perfect. The house is exactly what we were hoping for and beyond. So clean and plenty of space.”

“The property is super hidden away, which was great for us to have a place to unwind. Very well kept and surprisingly well equipped. Internet was better than we expected, which was great for sharing pictures with others during our trip. Lots of bugs (I would recommend bug spray if hanging out outside a lot), but that’s to be expected this time of year. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“Just stayed here for only two days and wish I had made it longer. I have to say the Owners were the absolute BEST. Dee and her husband Mark are always available if needed. Their response is fast and they are very accommodating. I would love to also say how CLEAN the rental is!!! Never have I stayed at a place where I didn't wish I had brought my disinfecting wipes. “Staying here made it easy to go to my son’s graduation at the PP&L center. The house accommodated my family, was well stocked, clean and had good parking. It had a small but comfortable living room and deck/yard. The only downside is the toilet areas were very small and difficult to use as a plus sized guest.”
