The bathroom door was sliding picket door and it wouldn’t close. They sent someone to try and fix it while we went out. When we arrived back to the hotel the door wasn’t fixed. I called the front desk and they said the engineer said he couldn’t fix it until a part came in. We had no way of shutting the door for showering or to use the toilet. The lady at the front desk said there was nothing they could do except refund my admit fee. That didn’t solve our problem! She said they were sold out and couldn’t put us in another room.
