Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms felt a bit dated, and it took some time for the staff to fix a leaking toilet. However, aside from that, the hotel met our expectations and provided a comfortable experience.

At the front desk, Mohammed helped us out by upgrading our room for my birthday and getting us into a room right when we arrived at the hotel. Our stay was very good, but the post-stay follow-up was terrible we are still waiting for the release of our incidental/security deposit. A simple follow-up to send us proof that the deposit was released has not been possible, something that only takes less than 5 minutes.
