Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never ...

Clean room, maids stopped by daily to freshen up room, fast elevators, very helpful staff. We had no problem checking in bus as the day got later so did the check in line. Perfect location!
