This hotel was great! It was away from all the hustle and bustle, nice little coffee shop across the street and a 3-5 minute walk to the subway. The hotel was very nice, beds were comfortable, everything was clean, no complaints.

Location of the hotel was key. Close to the subway system. And nearby a variety of restaurants for dinner or breakfast. The room price was key. Was more interested in the function of the room than the appeal of it. Happy to say I now recall an appealing room and hotel for a good price.

Everything was fine, quick and easygoing when checking in and out! Very quiet relaxing area. Just would recommend upgrading the TVs to be able to use streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube!

Free coffee is a big plus! Lacks cleanliness - carpet was not properly vacuumed, hairs in every towel and general maintencance needed. Staff was very friendly! Room doors don't close properly. Value for money is good.

We were allowed to check in early and the rooms were very nice. Beds were firm and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. Hotel across from deli with a variety of food and basic necessities. Subway station 1 block away, we were in Manhattan in 15 mins. Would stay again.

I bought my 2 older relatives to stay at this hotel room since we ran out of space. Check in was great, room was neat but the tables could of used a wipe down. Other than that everything was great. I went on my way home knowing I left them in safe hands.
