The Website said Breakfast included. Thats a lie. Theres a Kitchen on floor CR, which means at one point it was up & running. Also there is No Bar/Restaurant at this place. They need to Update the Website. Besides that, everything else is Ok.
I have had multiple stays in this hotel. I always book the 9th floor rooms with balcony. The view of queena is oleasant and room was ALWAYS CLEAN AND SANITIZED DURING THW CURRENT CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK!! She this was pleasant to see. They have a very dark (not veru clean) area in the basement where the microwaves and ice machine are which i assume the staff uses but they allow guests to use as well. Otherwish other hotels are nearby and the holiday inn allows you to use their restaurant which i tried once and the food was expensive but very good. The hotel is literally less than a 3 minute walk to the 39th avenue subway station and in 2 stops u are in manhattan. I highly recommend this hotel for short or even long stays.
Convenient area and nice staff. The hotel is in bad shape and the elevator is seriously out of date. It feels unsafe just riding it on my own, much less with many people. Easy checkout. The pillows are SUPER small and the bed is extremely uncomfortable for some reason. The heater worked well, however it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was filled with dust and I have allergies so I had to bundle up at night instead of turn it on. I’ve stayed at the Sheraton a few blocks away for about 10 dollars more, it was well worth the extra 10. I would not stay again at this site unfortunately.
They don’t allow you to control the heat in your room. Stay somewhere else. Most of the staff is nice. However there is one girl that works at the front desk At night that’s extremely rude and not helpful. One of the maintenance guys was polite.
It would be better if she was polite.
I have stayed here before but this time the room was dirty with ripped pillow cases, a bandaid on the light switch and what i assume was blood stains on the floor rug outside me door!

The balcony with a city view was nice! Check in was ok but very strict on the no early check-in without paying an additional fee. For the price we paid we were happy.
As we arrived I thought it would be nice and it was for the rate we paid the first night I got bit by a bed bug the room had stands of hair all over the room on the towels in and on the bed random strands of hair I told the desk a out it and they said they will have someone clean the room while we were gone for the day and later when we returned MORE HAIR !

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The bed was clean but the bathrooms and table is very dirty bath towels are not enough clean
Very pleasantly surprised with several things during my recent five night stay. 1) staff was fantastic: genuinely kind and very helpful. Naz (works daytime) and Tony (works late night) were both stars. 2) Housekeeping staff is amazing. Place was immaculate and they were also very helpful when I needed a couple of things. 3) Neighborhood is very charming, in a funky off-beat way. Felt like the best part of the old East Village. Loved my room and love my time there. They provide a great room and staff and location. Does not have high grade amenities (exercise room, free breakfast, premium tv channels) but that's not what many of us are looking for. If you want a safe, clean space run by a hard working, sincere staff and to be in a true New York neighborhood full of families instead of hipsters, then this is your place. I have already recommended this hotel to many of my co-workers and neighbors.
Such a convenient location near a subway station nearby Mahattan. Very low price to get the Room 801 as big as the picture shown with 24hr free drinkable water, coffee, milk services as famous brand hotels. After 2-day stay, we booked two extra days because it was really worthy than any other choice.
First, the studio was not ready by the time we checked in. They gave another studio. It's very very small. Hardly have a space to walk. The worst part, they don't provide a remote control for AC/heater. So to adjust the temperature, had to call reception every time!! Finally, after multiple calls, they gave a remote control. Second, there is not a single closet. So literally, no space to keep your luggage. Third, there was just one plug point available to use, which was extreme! Fourth, there are no hangers, so had to call again. Fifth, the bathroom is designed very badly, so when you take a shower, water comes out on the entire bathroom floor, of course, no rugs!
I understand that there are some ways for cost-cutting and increasing your profit margin, but to this level wasn't expected. Buying a plug or a set of hangers cost the same whether you are rich or poor.

dicht bij subway, eetgelegenheden in de buurt en deli.
accommodatie schoon. wel gedateerd. weinig voorzieningen. geen koffie/thee op kamer (wel in receptie). kitchenette zonder inhoud, wel koelkast.
The staff is not friendly. I walk in my room someone used the bathroom and fill with paper. I’m a visitor from another state try to ask the receptionist a question regarding the parking she do not know anything about the parking I came to find out there is meter in front of the hotel to buy a ticket to park my vehicle end up get a $115 ticket for not knowing. How come you work somewhere and you know anything surround the place you know at. The toilet was leaking water they put a cup to pick up the water. I ended up book another hotel room somewhere else which a lot better.
It was a nice place, large room, balcony room was a bad idea during a winter stay because it was drafts. The place was cool literally and cool figuratively. I enjoyed my stay there.

Eh
Went to room & it was as cold as a refrigerator. Called desk & they sent a guy up with a remote to turn on heat.He would not give me the remote(the only way to adjust the wall heating unit) but i insisted & he politely gave it to me.It took almst an hour to heat up the small room. The bathroom was cold also--so i ran hot shower to warm it up.No cup for wayer in room. Many hotels in this area--will leave this one off my list
