Nice staff. Very simply appointed hotel. We liked the attached cafe staff, coffees and food. Very young guests staying in the hotel. It was mostly people in their late 20’s maybe some in 30s and airline staff. Don't book room 328 if you go to sleep before 1am. Really loud music blaring from hotel club until then.

The cleanliness of the property, staff, maintenance personnel are outstanding, respectful and professional. Omar, an attendant at the reception desk was kind enough to let us have breakfast vouchers. I was skeptical but the rooms were very clean and staff was friendly! They have a free purified water fountain but I would be sure to have a water bottle because they don’t provide any. Great location, super close to the a subway entrance. Can walk to time square!
