The hotel was great. The staff was great. Parking sucked but that can be expected. The shower that you can see through from the bed was a little different. But all in all a great hotel with an amazing staff.

Lovely hotel and very comfortable, if cozy room, perfect for a single traveler. Staying on the 4th floor meant that noise from the lobby drifted through the doors of a walkway open to the reception and restaurant area. On one night, there was music at the restaurant that was concert-level loud and did not end until past midnight (I’d gone downstairs to ask when it would end and was told midnight, but it wasn’t over until 12:30). When I say it was loud, it was LOUD. Guests on the lower floor should have been advised that this was happening. In the morning, I went to the front desk and was told that I could be moved but was assured it wouldn’t happen again. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and getting to know a less familiar part of NYC.

The Room was very dirty, there wasn’t even soap in the room. The toilet was disgusting, I hate to sanitize the whole room prior to utilizing it. The location is not in a safe location.

Stayed multiple times when needed a room uptown, this is a great place for those who may be visiting family uptown or prefer the quiet connected seclusion of Washington Heights. The hotel is a fully fledged vision brought to life. The Dominican influence and radio theme is carried through the rooms. Great restaurant and service at boththe hotel and restaurant is always courteous and kind, despite occasional tough customer's!

I love how this hotel was stationed directly in the middle of so many stores, dining and even banking areas. The public transportation only being a few walking distance is so convenient especially since this is in New York. There was a clean beautiful park directly across from the hotel which is also convent for families with small children. I ordered room service with their restaurant and the food was so good, fresh and came directly to my room quickly. There’s a radio in the room that pairs well with Bluetooth, which I loved. I stayed in the studio room which is perfect for anyone looking for a quick get away or even staycation. The only thing that I noticed was that there was no more conditioner left and only a mall amount of shower gel to use, apart from this everything was lovely, they gym was nice, staff was very friendly, and the courtyard was clean and very peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for having me

I really liked the hotel decoración, the room was very comfortable but there was only 1 towel for a room for 3 and there was no shower gel in the dispenser so we have to shower with shampoo, the conditioner dispenser was also empty. The person that did the check in was not very nice she looked mad or tired but wasn’t welcoming at all. The worse part was the breakfast at Jalao Restaurant, it was a self self service buffet, there was only 1 table with customers the other tables were all with dirty dishes, we have to clean 1 table to be able to seat and I regret I didn’t leave at that moment because the food was also really bad. Worst service experience ever in a restaurant.

This hotel is super clean and cute. Its modern industrial look is really neat. The staff is friendly but can be busy at times so patience is nice to exercise for them. The lobby is comfortable to wait while you’re checking in or for a car. It’s about a $35 Uber to Central Park. The Washington Heights neighborhood is very fun, ethnic and enjoyable. The Dominican food is amazing and there are numerous deli stores that sell amazing sandwiches, breakfast, lunch, hot or cold. The parking is $35 (great for NY) and convenient. It’s a bit noisy outside but it’s NY do it’s expected. The windows to the hotel are quality and muffled most of the sirens and horns. I absolutely loved this place. Highly recommended!!!

There was hair in the bathroom and on room floor. Other than that not bad. The area is pretty active but hey we’re in NYC.

Loved the front desk staff, housekeeping though needs to check the sheets on the beds, both beds had dirty sheet but other than that, everything and everywhere was clean, loved it, the breakfast buffet needs to be kept warm, there was an attempt but it failed. But I’d definitely go back
