Easy check in good location

Nice building clean easy to find quite peaceful. Good location restaurants cafes near by walking distance. No parking if you drive or bring a car. Will have to pay for parking

Clean and cute

Good location and sweet studio for a quick NYC getaway. Was originally annoyed about having to download another app (Latch) in order to get into the unit but ultimately it was pretty convenient and worked seamlessly.

Mom/ daughter trip

Great place! Great location on the upper east side. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants and subway. If staying during the week it is a big commuter street and heavily trafficked/ noisy at times due to cars so if you are a light sleeper, bring sound machine! Bed was comfortable, it’s a roomy studio (for NYC). Host was good at communicating and responsive to texts: questions. Would stay again!

decent place for NYC

The check in was kind of hard to interpret and there wasn't a person there to check us in. The room is very loud and close to the street. Normally I book a hotel for work trips but I had a hard time sleeping with the noise. if you are ok with that, then book the place. It's very clean and in a convenient location. Also, I felt super safe in the building.

Beautiful Getaway

This was a beautiful and very spacious (for New York) place to stay. Extremely safe location and building, and just far enough from Broadway to be quiet at night, but still easy to get to see shows. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. There were some things in the room left behind by previous guests (a new box of bandaids behind the night stand, and some hair ties on the floor). And it wasn't spotless- not the cleanest place I've ever stayed. But it was still overall lovely, and I would definitely stay here again.

Just okay. Great location. No coffee. Inexpensive very plain rug was stained. Should have been replaced. Complimentary washer/dryer but has to give up on dryer after 2 hours and packed our clothes damp. Common areas were not well maintained

Got a beautiful penthouse!

We booked a studio but ended up w it h a 3 bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop. The apartment was very clean and in a great part of the city. Would recommend this property!

This appartment is very well equipped and situated in a good location close to shops, restaurants, and metro stations.It is a bit noisy as the exit of queensborrow is in front of the building

I would highly recommend this property. The studio was larger than expected with a large size bathroom. Many towels were available also. The kitchen area was also very accommodating with all the necessary small appliances. This studio was accessible to public transportation and a few blocks from Central Park. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within blocks too.

Charming studio

We took our anniversary trip to a big city and got educated along the way. This was all that we needed. Good security and modern technology. Our host answered all questions quickly when needed.
