「The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. 「This was a nicely-kept property that is convenient to town. As others have noted, it IS on a hill (as are most places in Queenstown) so the walk BACK from town may be a bit strenuous for some. Being on the hill, however, provides a nice view of the lake. There IS some construction in the area, but this did not affect us aside from adding a minute or two to the walk into town.
