"Excellent location. Just near town centre. Clean, bright and spacious rooms. They do free breakfast when you stay with them. The breakfast food was excellent"

"Amble parking near the venue. Unfortunately, no restaurant or leisure centre as advertised. We hope they are able to reopen these soon."

"I am afraid that as my wife was taken ill, we were unable to check in and stay at the hotel. I am therefore unable to review the property, room or food."

"The oven doesn't work, there is no parking space for twin room even when when the parking spaces were free. I could hear the cars the all nights and I couldn't sleep. Some people smoked weed inside the property. Inside the twin room someone definitely smoked cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone."
