「I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely...

「Bugs in the room. Dirty towels. Room not cleaned. The carpets are filthy. The person on the counter was nice, but there is not always a person available. For a $270 per night small room, this is really a bad hotel.」
