Beautiful room (standard triple), bedding and towels were comfortable and smell lovely. Really nice hand soap/handcream/ body wash/ shampoo and conditioner provided. Spoke to guest services through text and they were accommodating and lovely. Not to bad a drive from shopping centres and a few options for restaurants close by.

Property was easy to access no contact check in and out was convenient. Room was good location was ok. nearest food options were limited but adequate for short stay. I would stay here again.

Smell of mould in unit. Sewerage smell from front windows. No personal greetings from staff All contact on line. Car space occupied by another vehicle. Very comfortable bed.

Hi John,I am disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations, but I am glad that you found the bed comfortable.There is definitely no mould in the room, or sewer in the front garden, so I'm not sure what you were smelling. We will investigate to ensure there is nothing causing any unusual smells.We do not operate a reception at the property. Our contactless process is designed to get guest in at their convenience as soon as their room is ready.Car spaces are not allocated to particular rooms, but there are adequate spaces available.RegardsStephenElizabeth Motor Inn Adamstown.

Recommend for an overnight stay.
It was an overnight stay. Close (walking distance) to the event we were in the area for. Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning. The only communication we had with management was by phone and email. There was definitely road noise in our room but thankfully not at night.

Great Motel
Such a wonderful motel, the beds were amazing, the room was spotlessly clean and it was very quiet, also close to a little shopping village. Can’t wait to stay again.

Location was very close to where we needed to be. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick night stay. I liked that we had a full single bed for our little one and not a pull out. Reception closed earlier on the day so they called us to organise check-in which was easy.

I would think that for the price they charge, they should supply face washers with the towels. Otherwise, everything is very good and it is very convenient for Newcastle Private Hospital.

The room was adequate warm clean spacious. It had microwave and a toaster among other things but just was missing plates and butter knives Will have no problem staying there again in the future

We were unable to shower as the shower head kept falling down when the water was turned on and the adjustment knobs were seized. Also as nowhere to put toiletries bag.

I loved that it was nice and quiet and had obviously been recently refurbished. The man who checked me in was a bit grumpy, did not smile, but he was most helpful when I needed an extension cord for my cpap machine. I would have thought that a motel of this quality would have provided face washers; I had to use the hand towel. The motel could provide a better service by offering a breakfast option.
