「Very clean. Easy access and communication Would recommend staying here if visiting the area」

「Very neat tidy and comfortable. Well located close to the water, city, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.」

「Lovely host, perfect accommodation, great location. Beautiful deck and garden. Very pet friendly. Many little additional details made us all feel welcome and showed the care and effort Clara and Lee put into ensuring we had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!」

「Over all - you’re paying top dollar to be on the water. The cleaning fee is very expensive for the minimal cleaning that is carried out. Nice place, but with the lack of attention to keeping it clean and maintained, it is very expensive just to be on the water front. (Which mind you, is extremely public and shared with a lot of people so don’t expect a nice sleep in) 」

「This house was the perfect get away for a family of 4! The house was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.」

「Very central to kotara. Drive way is a bit awkward」

「Place is huge amd very good location.」

「The host was very welcoming the house was very clean and comfortable it has a beautiful relaxing water view overall we all loved the house thank you Belinda will definitely see you again and I would recommend it to all my family and friends」

「The property was perfect for us but maybe a warning for elderly people or families with young children about the staircase would benefit. Property was well maintained but the bathrooms need a good clean . There was a bit of mould. Beds & pillows were very comfortable.」

「Ok, Dryer didn't work, House wasn't cleaned properly, Fire your cleaner, lawns weren't mowed, No tea Towles, No spare towels, No bath mats, Get new toilet brushes, No vacuum, Points to Dodgy Owners, Would not recommend this place to anyone.」
