I had a very pleasant one night stay in the Osborne hotel on January 7th the check-in was very smooth and quick I was travelling alone so my room was for one person and had everything I needed for my stay. staff are very welcoming and attentive the breakfast is table service and very good.would definitely stay here again. Room was clean (although there was a sandwich in the bedside drawer left by previous inhabitants!), staff eere so so friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy and ao decent considering included in price. A total gem of a find!

Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option

The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk from the city centre. There are a few free parking spaces which is nice. Rooms are basic and a bit dated but ok, shower performance in the family room was not great. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly.

Recently stayed at The Osborne Hotel and found everything excellent. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the breakfast choices were suitable for everyone and very well cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying if you are in Newcastle.
