“Kim was incredibly responsive leading up to our rental dates and was also very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our young kids. She set out a pack n play and high chair for us which were in perfect condition and there were books and board games the kids loved. Check in was easy and the rental had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the handwritten notes in the guestbook, such a nice touch. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Roebblen Center. The house was in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. It was 15 minutes to everything we needed. It was very clean and equipped with the basics. We had a slight mishap upon arrival, but the property managers remedied the issue. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were as listed, great host. My granddaughters loved the swing set and slide. It was very clean inside and out. Lots of dishes for eating, plenty of pots and pans and silverware. I would stay here again!”

“This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. As for the house itself, pretty much everthing you needed was available. (We loved the Keurig Duo!) As mentioned in the description, only 2 blocks from the historic Main street. You can walk down……

“Nicely maintained modern RV with lovely view of the pond. Pleasant to have table and chairs inside mosquito net enclosure. Enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking. One reason we chose the property was they are pet friendly. Hostess was gracious and accessible. ”

“We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. The property was amazing and the kids spent soooo much time just running around and being kids. We saw deer almost every day! Some of us walked to the lake and it's……
