“This cottage had a lot of character. It is a salt box house that the owner is updating. It looks onto the ocean, a starkly beautiful corner of Newfoundland. The steps inside present barriers for individuals with accessibility issues. There is a high stair leading from the kitchen to the bathroom and living room level. The largest bed is on the second floor up a set of narrow stairs and with a low railing. If you get up during the night to use the washroom, the stairs would be tricky……

“The property was absolutely beautiful,the view of ocean while outside stunning.The cabin was spotless and the lay out of the cabin was perfect.The only complaint we had was the amount of flies out in the enclosed porch with hot tub.There were hundreds,no kidding.They had the fly traps there and left extra ,but it was so bad that we had to call the owner and he got his property manager to come down and clean up.They said it was the farm up the road but we didn’t think it was that cause when girls……

“The hosts, Rod and Brenda are extremely friendly and helpful. The property was absolutely amazing and unique. The views were incredible and this decor was really cool. My son and I used this as a home base while we toured around. We really enjoyed this place. I'd highly recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful house with everything you need to real after a vist to Terra Nova Park. It's about 20-30 mins drive to the visitor centre. All four bedrooms were great, well stocked kitchen and great laundry. Would use again if heading back to Terra Nova”
