"Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!"

"I traveled with my three dear friends for a girls only weekend after a 10 year hiatus. We could not say more about how the fabulous location. Virtually everything we did was within walking distance. The weather cooperated, so we were able to take advantage of the great deck a few times. Our hosts were quick to respond with any of our questions. We had some trouble getting the TV to work. "A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! "The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)"

"This home finished in1886 is very true to its era with a framed document stating such. There is also an album of generations of the original family sharing their time and selling to a new family in the 80’s. Windows redone, some newer appliances and the original wide plank hardwood floor intact. Truly a joy to stay and watch the sunrise diagonally across the street at 6:40am every day. My family enjoyed the wraparound front porches and relaxed there often. Thank you,"
