「Perfect location! Perfect cottage! We loved our stay here. The cottage was very comfortable and so charming. We were close to the beach and had access to beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and bikes. Parking was so easy. Check in and check out was a breeze. I can’t think of a better place to stay!」

「This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!」

「Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or...

「We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...

「We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!」
