We might stay here again but would like to offer some suggestions to make it better. We wanted to use the gas grille but it didn’t have a starter and nobody got back to us for over a day and a half and we checked out when they got back. The house is very clean and welcoming, the street is quiet and peaceful and the front and back patio on this house is so great to enjoy the beautiful weather and let our little one play. "This rental is an absolutely perfect little hideaway right in the heart of Newport Beach. It's small but cozy, and very clean. If you're home during the day you can open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze or sit out back in the little sitting area. "This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have one adult son who stayed with us in the downstairs ensuite and we had the upstairs ensuite. Having the extra parking for when visitors came by was ideal and enjoyed a game of bocce in the park adjacent to the rental. Short walk to the beach. If we come again we will stay here again."

"The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others."
