The staff were friendly, but also commented on the hotel's condition as skeezy. They recommended their nicer hotel -more expensive- down the road. There's no AC, the rooms -of which I was moved to two- were dirty and there was no escaping the cigarette smoke in the rooms, because you had to have the window open for air. Though the front desk staff members were friendly and provided me a refund receipt about ten minutes after checking in, I never did get a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Thankfully, after providing the receipts for the charge and refund, my bank was able to reimburse me immediately. I still had to wait a month, but the hotel would not respond to my request for help and Expedia actually wouldn't help me either. So, maybe reconsider using Expedia in the future...? Honestly, if you book directly through hotel it's usually cheaper.
