I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, I really enjoyed the comfort and size of the room, especially the beautiful view, which was definitely a highlight. The room itself felt cozy and relaxing.
However, there were several things that could have been better. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, and despite trying to call the front desk multiple times, no one ever answered. Speaking of the front desk, the check-in experience was disappointing—the lady working there didn’t greet us, wasn’t friendly, and gave the impression that we were bothering her. She seemed to be the only one working at the time.
A big letdown was finding out the pool was not operational, which we were only told about the night before our arrival. That was a deal breaker for us, as it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Additionally, the bar area was overcrowded, and there was a private event in the dining room, making it very loud and uncomfortable.
On a brighter note, the lady working at the bar was lovely, and the food was actually very good. But the hotel itself feels outdated—especially the elevators, which were old and honestly a bit scary in the way they operated.
Overall, the stay had some nice moments, but there are definitely a few things that need improvement to make it worth returning.
