“Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places.”

“When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. On monday morning the hot water came up again. All the comms are done via Whatsapp The property is very nice and location is……

The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. My friend chose a newer air-conditioned room, which was really lovely. We met travelers from all over and we’re having breakfast with them by……

It is beautifully located right in the rainforest, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in nature. During our stay, we loved watching monkeys playing, spotting sloths, and seeing a variety of beautiful tropical birds right from the property. The food was another major highlight. The……
