「The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!」

「Pretty much standard breakfast fare, but very adequate. Only things I noticed which need addressed: 1. Carpeting in room is worn nd looking shabby around doorways. 2. Large, tiled shower. However, floor was slippery and there was no rubber mat or grab bars. Any elderly person, of someone with balance issues could easily fall. 3. Shower pressure could be improved.」

「The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the location was excellent—just a short distance from Niagara Falls. It made our stay both comfortable and convenient.」

「Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6...
