"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine."

"Good for a budget stay where your just sleeping and showering. Price was fair and a good value but dont have high expectations. The location is absolutely petfect, just a block from the main entrance to state park (the star of the area). The surrounding area outside of the park was meh, old school touristy eateries/Souvenirs, nothing great. The room was clean but small. No signs of bugs. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet for the most part. The elevators worked fine, but it wasn't crowded when we were there. The building itself seems to have some deferred maintenance areas due to age of the building. The breakfast is as described, but the eating area, bar and restuarant area are not so great. They kept the breakfast well stocked but were running out of certain items. Breakfast still a decent bonus to not have to buy breakfast elsewhere. The bar was never open the whole time we were there for 5 days (??). Most staff were friendly. They need more luggage carts for sure. For us it worked fine as a cheap budget option since we were not in the room very much."

"Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of proper amenities, the price was far too high. Overall, the experience did not provide good value for the cost. The room windows appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time. The hotel itself is quite worn down and in need of maintenance. We were unable to take a shower because the shower knob came out of the wall, it was already broken and simply sitting there unattached. Although we were offered the use of a shower in another vacant room, it was inconvenient and disruptive to be moving from room to room as a guest. This situation should occurred if it was grooms are maintained."

"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."
