Honestly, it is an older motel and looks a bit seedy from the outside. However, the room was very clean, the bed was most comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate...lots of pretty flowers. The breakfast was adequate. Also, it has a very good price point. I recommend it.

There was nothing around the property. We were going to the Falls so it served our purpose but finding dinner around the hotel was limited. The hotel was clean, staff were nice so again great place for the price.
