"I stayed here for a hockey tournament. My room was upgraded at check-in to a fallsview room. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were very tolerant to social gatherings with teammates. "

They cannot relocate me to another room because they didn’t cannot accommodate me and my grandchildren. I had to stay in the room all night, freezing cold and cannot get any sleep.
