「Overall feeling is good」

「客房整洁， 前台服务也不错， 就是早餐非常一般 不是很好。」

「Sound insulation is bad. Breakfast is too simple.」

「soso」

「It was clean but room was small no room for a chair to put shoes and socks on and no end tables」

「The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was full of character and beautifully designed, making it both comfortable and memorable. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive — they truly cared about the guests and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Highly recommend this place!」

「Clean room and quiet」

「Good」

「We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.」

「都好，就是冷暖氣的出風口正對床，睡眠時不是太舒服。」

「河景房 可以看到 河道！」
