「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lenox!. If you like historic BnB's you'll like this historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable with historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite place to stay when visiting Buffalo.」

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」

「Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. 「The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.」
