Central air on mid and upper level. Tennis courts, basketball court, and play area are located near the Association club house. WIFi/Internet, bed linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, Pack N Play, stroller, high chair, YouTube TV, coffee and bottled water provided. Owner lives local to easily assist with any problems that may be encountered or to provide local advice. Owner's wife makes sure that the house is properly prepared for travelers. Close to casinos, wineries, breweries, charter fishing, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gillette Castle, Essex steam train, Newport mansions (1 Hr) and Block Island (45 minute ferry.) And don't forget to enjoy a two mile walk on the Niantic Bay Boardwalk or walk around Niantic or Old Black Point. NOTE-Since the house has three levels it may not be suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. You must park in driveway (no street parking is allowed) and NO PARTIES. There are no cameras on the property.
