Coastal retreat, short walk to downtown!
- This historic home has modern amenities coupled with original flooring and exposed beams from the 1800s. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets you might need, and the rest of the house is furnished in a way that will make you feel right at home! The backyard features 2 decks and an outdoor shower, and is fully fenced in with latching gates, creating a private oasis. It is walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, and the beaches!
Be aware that the upstairs ceilings are low, just under 7 ft, with a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom and bath. The basement is not finished but has an additional seating area with a smart TV, game area, and laundry station.
Seasonally, you can enjoy yard games such as cornhole and badmitton, or lay back in the hammock and relax. There are 2 kayaks available upon request, but you must have a way to transport them to the launch area (less than a mile away).

Stayed here for our annual girls trip and we had a great stay. House was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Short drive to the beach and into town. Very happy with this place and all it had to offer!

Check-in was very easy, kitchen was well stocked with basics, lots of towels and toiletries. Perfect space and location for our family weekend. Great host recommendations for places to visit as well!

An amazing location, beautiful home with everything you could need! We had a fantastic time and the hosts were amazing! When we inquired about propane for the grill, they even graciously brought an extra tank to us in case we needed it. So thankful to them for providing such an incredible home. If this home is available, book it!!!! Amazing!

Beautiful house , extremely clean, comfortable and sunny . Everything we needed was there . Walk to shops , woods for easy hiking and the beach . We will definitely be back !

The home was exceedingly clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was clear the owners have worked hard to create an atmosphere of welcome and a place where all can gather without difficlty. It was close to town and they left menus and other info on local eateries and amenities in the area.
