We enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues with the TV and DVD player but the host made good by obtaining a subscription to Netflix which we enjoyed. He also threw in a free mid-stay apartment cleaning. Overall, no complaints and we would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Nice.

Great location. Did I mention great location! Very close to tram to take you everywhere around the city and to trains to neighboring towns. Great neighborhood, everything you need is close by. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Amenities are exactly as described. Would definitely recommend as a great home base to the Côte d’Azur…..oh and the beds were very comfortable.

Super clean, has complete kitchenette , good location surrounding by grocery store and many restaurant and very closed to the tram , the owner very responsive and kind , we had water heater problem but they fix it right away , highly recommended and for sure I will coming back to this beautiful place . The apartment is in an excellent location. Just on the edge of old town and a 5 minute walk to the sea and all the beautiful sites of Nice. The owner, Brin, was very communicative and his assistant Roxana made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this quiet excellently located apartment for your stay in Nice.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my friend on our girls trip!! It is centrally located off the tram so not difficult to get to. No elevator which is annoying, but upon arrival the property manager helped me with my bags, which was so very kind! We loved the AC and washer that were available in the unit. This space is perfect for so many reasons!! You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment is wonderful. So large, so clean, such a great neighborhood. We walked to the beach every day and to the old town every day So much to do in Nice! The owner was responsive for everything we needed. Overall a 5 plus star experience.

This is a wonderful apartment. Location is very convenient to public transportation, which helps you navigate the city with ease. The apartment itself is quite spacious. It is clean and comfortable. Wonderful location and couldn’t have been more perfect. Brinley was SO helpful giving us tips on the area before we arrived and answering questions so promptly. The place was so clean! Restaurants, pharmacy train and bus stations and a grocery super close.

We had a lovely stay at Brin’s apartment in Nice. The apartment is in such a good location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars in Girabaldi square. The place is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, a washing machine, and has air conditioning which was great to come back to after a full day in the summer heat. Would definitely recommend this place, thanks Brin!

A great, comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. On edge of old town and close to many bars and restaurants. Monoprix supermarket just across the road. Transport on doorstep but very easy to walk just about everywhere! Garibaldi Chateau train station just around corner which has direct route to the airport. We only stayed three nights but wish we had stayed longer - Nice is such an exciting place.

The Wright flat was very convenient and exactly as described. It was clean and had all the necessities. Great communication with host and location. All in all great value. Most importantly is the fantastic air conditioning! Especially for visits in the summer, this was worth every penny!

We were expecting an exceptional location and it actually exceeded our expectations! Strategically located with easy access to public transportation (trams, busses), and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, this location has been a gem! Great communication with owner. Good price. Location is great, close to shops, bars, restaurants and tram line 1. Really efficient air conditioning in all rooms which was appreciated. Dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus. We didnt use kitchen facilities as ate out every night. Would recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed Brin's Nice apartment. The location was perfect! It was close to the tram, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and just as described. Roxanne met us at the apartment and even helped us to carry our luggage upstairs. She had wonderful suggestions for beaches and things to do. I highly recommend the apartment. We wish that we had booked more days!
