Helle wohnung in direkter Strandlage
Die Lage ist toll direkt am langen Kieselstrand. Zwischen dem Haus und dem Strand gibt es eine relativ viel befahrene Lokalstrasse. Im Schlafzimmer auf der Hofseite hört man davon aber nichts. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind neu. Küche ist voll / zweckmässig ausgestattet. Der Fernseher war auch neu (Smart TV) mit Netflix, Disney etc. Der Balkon hat eine Markise, die man elektrisch ausfahren kann. Das Bett was angenehm.

The appointment located two steps from the seashore. It is newly renovated, light and clean. It is very convenient to live in. I would chose it on my next time here.

Agréable séjour
Le logement était confortable et récemment rafraîchi. Cependant, la porte d'entrée de l'appartement est à changer car nous entendions, chaque matin, tous les bruits des voisins (discussions, aboiements des chiens de compagnie, pas de nos voisins). Le manque de parking est aussi à souligner, dans une station balnéaire proposant très peu de places de parking gratuites. Même celles qui sont payantes sont difficiles à trouver en fin d'après-midi (de 18h00 à 23h00).

Un superbe séjour à Cagnes/mer
Appartement très propre récemment renonvé. Grand séjour, cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain avec superbe douche, chambre séparé, balcon face à la mer seulement la route à traverser pour être à la plage à cailloux. Multiples restaurants à proximité. Tous commerces. À recommander.

Tolle FeWo. Die Bilder entsprechen 100% der FeWo. Keine Bilder wie es in anderen FeWo's aussehen könnte oder mal ausgesehen hat. Super Ausstattung, perfekte Location. Sehr sauber und alles neu.
