Located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, this nice apartment offers a living space of 50sq.m and is composed of :
- a big and closed 10 sq. m loggia,
- an enjoyable balcony,
- a spacious living space for 2 single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),

With the public transports you'll be able to visit the Old-Nice and its lovely small streets, or the Beaux Arts Museum, the Art Naïf Museum, and the famous Arènes de Cimiez. If you're in a gourmet mood, you'll also be able to discover the "Le Potiron Gourmet" restaurant with its friendly atmosphere, only 1 min by foot.

Very convenient being close to the tram and the ocean. Nice bakery, grocery store and fruit store really close. Nice place for a family stay
