This air conditioned 31 sq. m apartment is located on the 4th floor with a lift and includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,

- two sunbeds and a beach umbrella are available in the apartment's storage room.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !
