Nice flat

The apartment is a good size with updated appliances. Large shower. It's on the 4th floor ( make sure the elevator is working, wasn't for us). Good location.

Clean and modern

After entering a decidedly old and historic building, we were pleasantly surprised by the light and airy interior. The apartment was very clean with all updated and modern amenities. There was plenty of space and had everything we needed for our stay in Nice. We would definitely come back to this place!

Great location

This was a great location to stay and within walking distance of many restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and adequate. It is on the 4th floor in the building, the elevator was not working so we climbed the stairs many times. The stairwell/entry isn’t very clean or welcoming and the door to the street is unlocked. Overall the apartment met our needs.
