Excellent location in the old town and good communication with property agency. However, there is a lack of natural light, damp smell, the shower did not drain well and the toilet blocked often.

Nicely renovated apartment in the heart of old town. The location was absolutely perfect, 10 minutes from public transport and 5 minutes to the water. First time in nice so I’m unsure if this is the same with other apartments. Firstly, the toilet clogs most of the time. My partner had to use the plunger which was hopeless to unclog the toilet for a good 20 minutes. Secondly, it is peak summer and we were so grateful for the a/c however, there was noticeable mold next to unit. Other mentions, bedroom door needs doesn’t stay open for cool air to come through so maybe remove, shower water went everywhere and glass screen isn’t secured. Overall, perfect location if you are out and about with useful kitchen and facilities.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend When we arrived, the very first thing we saw was faeces left in the toilet. When we asked for it to be addressed, the staff were rude and dismissive. The so-called concierge system was useless—they acted annoyed whenever we needed help and rarely had time for us. The room itself was in awful condition. Our curtain rod fell off, hit me, and left dust everywhere. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, the toilet was broken, and the shower glass was loose so water leaked all over the floor. The AC unit barely got any air into the bedroom, there was no coffee table as described in the photos. The couch had stains all over it and was covered with a cloth. Could not walk around barefoot as the floor was dirty. The common areas were just as bad: the hallway was filthy with rotting bread on the floor, and many lights barely worked. Overall, this was a terrible stay from start to finish and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
