A good basic apartment in an excellent Nice location close to everything. Mathis was very responsive and his communication was great.

Nous y sommes restés 15 jours et je pense que cet appartement est plus pour 3 personnes que 4. Il manque également bcp d'accessoires de cuisine et la salle de bain aurait besoin de réfection.Par contre, Mathis est tout à fait agréable.Nous avons passé un agréable moment

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er rigtig god, tæt på togstationen og stranden, og der er et Carrefour-supermarked og en frugtbutik i nærheden. Der er også busser og letbane. Det er velegnet til fire personer, med vaskemaskine og aircondition, meget praktisk.Omgivelserne er meget stille, og jeg kan hurtigt falde i søvn.
