Location was great and practical, but toilet was horrible with very loud sound that could be heard in the whole appartement every time for over a minute and woke us all up in the night. Light bulbs were burnt, faucets were wabbly, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1
Cm of dish soap.walls were dirty, paint was peeling off the ceiling. Washer had old stuck soap and made our clothes stink. The host was not very helpful. Was supposed to come and we waited all
Morning and never showed up….we did not want to wait any longer as we had very limited time in this city. Their offices were a good 15 min walk away, and we did go the first morning to let them know of the issues…. Nothing was ever done during our stay. Even if we offered 2 mornings were we would have been available…. They never came. We booked because it showed a room with 2 single beds and 1 room with a double bed . We showed up to 1 bed per room. We did not find enough linen to separate one of the beds into 2. We only found 1 bedsheet so we used the couch for our teenage son. Not ideal at all. The host told us we should have let them know??!! We booked this appartement because it had 2 single beds and a double perfect for 2 teenagers and a couple. This is what we booked. Why would we need to tell them if that is what they advertised? They never solved the issue or helped so our son slept with a bedsheet on the couch for 4 nights. Extremely disappointed with our stay.
