  • The residence has a pool with panoramic views, beautiful gardens and a secured parking. It has an ideal situation, within walking distance to the most beautiful resorts on the French Riviera: Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-mer and Villefranche-sur-mer.
    This two bedrooms flat lies on the ground level, having a terrace and a small private garden. It was recently renovated, fully equipped with new furniture, modern fitted kitchen and lots of storage.

El propietario nos envío antes de nuestra llegada un mail con la información para entrar, también su teléfono para contactar por washap en caso de necesidad -incluso un día que llovió nos aviso con antelación por mensaje para que nos organizáramos mejor ese día o previéramos esa circunstancia -. La entrada fue sin problemas y el sitio era increíble. Con piscina y a 5 minutos andando de la playa. El pueblo es muy turístico y hermoso. Para visitar otros lugares estabas a 15 minutos de Niza, 15 minutos de EZE, 20 minutos de Mónaco, 40 minutos de Italia. En el apartamento está todo lo necesario para estar -cocina totalmente equipada, habitaciones con todo lo necesario, sombrillas para la playa, cargadores de móvil, material para hacer snorkel, repelente para mosquitos... todo lo que se te ocurra estaba ya en la vivienda-. El aire acondicionado en la sala es suficiente para refrescar la casa. El sitio, la ubicación, la casa y el propietario son 100% recomendable y por primera vez repetiría lugar

L'appartamento si trova in un bellissimo residence con Piscina aperta tutto il giorno e prevista di un bar e di ombrelloni e sdraio. l'appartamento pure se piccolo è stato molto accogliente noi siamo andati li per vacanza con 3 figli sotto i 2 anni più 3 adulti e ci siamo trovati bene. si trova in un luogo strategico per poter andare ovunque si trova a 25/30 minuti da Montecarlo in macchina, a 10 minuti a piedi da due diverse spiagge libere e altre private. il grande vantaggio è avere incluso il parcheggio all'aperto che per noi arrivando con un minivan è strato perfetto poiché eravamo sempre molto attenti all'altezza della macchina per parcheggiare ovunque. L'host è sempre pronto a consigliare e aiutare gli ospiti. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri ! Gisella

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben dort zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Sehr schön war auch der eigene kleine Garten und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man schnell nach Nizza oder Monaco.

Hübsches Appartment in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand. Sehr gepflegte und schöne Ferienanlge. Schöner Pool-Bereich. Great location, appartment very well equipped

Location great: near the car park for unloading, near the bus stop for local buses including to Nice, a pretty walk to Villefranche Train Station one way or the other way to Beaulieu Station. Good for getting to the Ephrussi House and the coastal walk round St Jean Cap Ferrat. The appartment is very well designed: compact yet has everything you need for a family holiday.

Heerlijk verblijf, appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het tuintje grens aan de buitentuin wat veel ruimte en groen geeft. Op loopafstand van diverse strandjes. Voor een boodschap is de auto nodig maar brood kan je bij t zwembad bestellen. Dichtbij leuke uitstapjes , Nice , Monaco etc. Wij hebben er een leuke tijd beleefd.

The Gilbert Family

Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. This apartment was perfect for our needs, well maintained, clean and very well equipped. Also a lovely out door seating area and the use of a fabulous pool which was never over crowded. There is a very convenient and regular bus service just outside of the apartment block making the nearby towns of Ville Franche and Beaulieu Sur Mer easily accessible, although they were also within walking distance. The bus and train service also meant that resorts further afield were accessible including Nice and Menton. Overall a very good experience and well recommended.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week in this lovely ground floor apartment, it had everything we needed and the space was used well. My 11 yr old twins said it felt homely and they didn't want to leave. The communal pool was a good size, warm and clean. The poolside bar man was helpful and friendly. Food was sold here which looked nice but we didn't eat there. The owners of the apartment were really responsive with my many questions and were very friendly. There were some useful information in the apartment. The locked car lar was for our hire car. Would definitely recommend. .

Good location, lovely pool,

The location of the apartment was ideal, with just a short walk to the beach and lovely village of villefranche. The pool within the complex was a big hit with our two children and did not get overcrowded even though we were there at end of July. If driving there the apartment is very easy to find and has secure parking. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was quite cosy, but clean and had a great shower, the only negative points we had was that the ventilation fan provided did not work and also the microwave did not work but this did not spoil our weeks stay and would definitely consider this again for future breaks. Ioan the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. ,

Great Apartment Close to Beach

I was very impressed at the communication from the host prior to checkin. They provided a detailed PDF and checked in to make sure that I had received it. Gaining access to the property was extremely smooth and they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and very large by European standards. I was very impressed by how extremely outfitted the kitchen was with serveware and appliances. It was amazing. The twin beds in our daughter’s room were some of the most comfortable I have ever laid on. And it was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room to relax as a family and wind down at the end of the day. Once you know the bus system, it is very easy to get around and into town. Or it is a very easy walk to town on the beach front promenade which is flat. The pool there was lovely especially with having a little poolside bar with snacks available. Only thing to note is that the pool is very deep. In the shallow end it is about 5ft which was challenging with a child but very nice for adults. Overall the property was very nice and well maintained and in a great location for beach and pool access. Highly recommend for people wanting to enjoy the beach over the town.
