Fabulous flat and location

We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment and it was perfect; clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. There is lots to work with in the kitchen if you choose to cook your meals at home. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond to questions. The tram and bus stops are very close and the train station is within walking distance. As well the beach, old town, bakeries and grocery store are close by. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Top Lage

Superb accommodation

Centrally located, extremely well equipped and ideal for our visit to Nice to meet with family from Australia who were travelling in France before going on to Italy. The apartment was very quiet and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax with my daughter. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the owner for the way in which access was managed. It really was a home from home. Thank you

Spacious, very comfortable apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment is excellent, much bigger than you normally see in Europe. Almost all of the rooms have access the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the quietude of the courtyard. The location is steps from the Place Massena, making it super easy to walk to most anywhere in the city. The owners are so hospitable, I felt very welcomed and never had any trouble contacting them when I needed to arrange for parking or had questions. A real gem of a place!
