I was a little nervous about this property given the limited number of reviews. But the property did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My family of 6 had plenty of space. I loved that it was on the top floor, we had plenty of privacy and peace. Which is saying a lot as Nice is a busy city - particularly in August. Having access to the garage was huge. The streets are busy and finding parking on the street can be tricky. The trolley is only a few blocks away for an easy ride downtown (although we walked most days). And the train station (Nice-Ville) is a quick walk from the building. This offers easy access to many places. We took a 25 minute train ride in Monaco and the trains were clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Our only issue was a leak in one of the bedrooms (which is why I gave this place 4 stars) but imagine that will be fixed before the next renter. Gilles was easy to get a hold of and responsive. He even helped me find a terrific tire place because we got a flat on one of our drives. If you ever get a flat in Nice you have to go to A.CAGNOL & Fils. They were great.
