Large 4 bedrooms apartment in Nice French Riviera

The entire group will benefit from easy access to all sites and amenities (beaches, cinemas, conferences & business centers, train station, and airport). Peaceful residence. Two garage spaces included. Tram five minutes away. Each room can have two single beds or one double bed. One of the four bedrooms has an en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator and is extremely bright. The living room table provides a friendly workspace. Everything is new!

4 bedrooms, including a master suite, offering privacy and comfort.

Access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- **Transportation:** Easily accessible by tram or car, providing great flexibility to explore the city.
- **Parking:** Two free garage spaces are available at the foot of the building. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Please note there is no elevator.

I was a little nervous about this property given the limited number of reviews. But the property did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My family of 6 had plenty of space. I loved that it was on the top floor, we had plenty of privacy and peace. Which is saying a lot as Nice is a busy city - particularly in August. Having access to the garage was huge. The streets are busy and finding parking on the street can be tricky. The trolley is only a few blocks away for an easy ride downtown (although we walked most days). And the train station (Nice-Ville) is a quick walk from the building. This offers easy access to many places. We took a 25 minute train ride in Monaco and the trains were clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Our only issue was a leak in one of the bedrooms (which is why I gave this place 4 stars) but imagine that will be fixed before the next renter. Gilles was easy to get a hold of and responsive. He even helped me find a terrific tire place because we got a flat on one of our drives. If you ever get a flat in Nice you have to go to A.CAGNOL & Fils. They were great.

Nice apartment

Very nice owner. Very clean and remodeled apartment. Many ameneities close by. Close to tram line. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely recommend. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Short stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. Great location, clean, well furnished and complete with everything you could need. The garage is very useful given the difficulty and cost of parking in Nice. The tram stop is a short walk away , but the main attractions are also within walking distance . Great experience! Recommended for all
