  • Le Renoir is a brand new 2 beds flat of 70sq.m located near the city center of Nice, at only 100m from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. It is located on the 4th floor with lift of a modern building with private garage. It offers an entrance, a living room with dining area, a full equipped separate kitchen, two king size beds bedrooms with closets, a shower room, a separate toilet. Le Renoir offers air conditioning, a terrace, balcony, free wifi. All transportation are down the building, Place Massena and old town are at less than 20 minutes by walk. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice city center.

Great location of the good apartment

The apartment is in a very good neighborhood. Walkable distance pretty much to everything in Nice. The tram stops just a minute from the gate. The apartment does have everything you may need while staying.

Well located gem a block from Nice’s incredible promenade and beachfront. We spent a week in Nice as couple in June 2026. This two bedroom apartment has everything a couple or small family would need for a city/beach vacation, and as a base to see other destinations by train or car (besides Nice we also visited Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Menton and Grasse). In a quiet, comfortable, residential neighbourhood, not overrun with other rentals, the location is easily walkable to the busy, popular and touristy quarters - the apartment is close to a few small, family run restaurants, bakeries, groceries and gas with the added benefit of an indoor, secure, parking spot and a tram stop out the front door. Full appliances, great AC for hot evenings, large balcony that faces onto Rue de France, where one can see a sliver of the Med. Host (Jade) was easy to connect with in either French or English and was quick to answer questions when we were in doubt. We would recommend to friends/family and we found good value for money in this rental. Would definitely return here in any future Nice visits.
